Aura Command is built for tenant-scoped business operations. Customer data is separated by workspace, protected by authentication, and handled through role-aware application controls.

Customers remain responsible for confirming their lawful basis, notices, consents, and retention schedules under applicable privacy laws, including UAE PDPL where relevant.

AuraCube manages the platform and supported AI processing within the agreed service scope. Workspace administrators authorize their WhatsApp account and business integrations. Supported Enterprise arrangements may use customer-managed AI credentials.

When enabled, sanitized browser and server error diagnostics are sent to Sentry for processing in the United States. Diagnostic details include fixed product, environment, release and error category values, plus code file and line coordinates. Reports exclude customer content, account identities and raw URLs; session replay and performance tracing are not collected.
