Platform maintenance is included
SaaS subscriptions include platform and security updates. Each plan has its stated support level. White-label maintenance and any dedicated infrastructure are separately agreed.
Managed processing and connected systems
Included standard-plan AI is managed by AuraCube within agreed allowances where supported and enabled. Supported Enterprise processing can use customer keys under an agreed arrangement. You authorize your WhatsApp business identity; Meta messaging and expressly agreed third-party costs remain separate.
Before you activate
Your proposal confirms billing basis, tax treatment, included usage, any setup work, overage rates and change or cancellation terms. Existing subscription and invoice terms do not change automatically when advertised prices change.
