Acceptable Use Policy

Aura Command may be used only for lawful customer communication, lead management, revenue operations, and approved business messaging.

Customers must not use the platform for spam, unauthorized scraping, deceptive messaging, illegal content, harassment, credential abuse, or messaging that violates Meta, WhatsApp, telecom, or applicable privacy rules.

AI-assisted suggestions must remain human-reviewed unless a separate written policy and provider setup explicitly allow a narrower automated use case.
