Aura Command

Aura Command Documentation

Start your Aura Command setup by identifying lead sources, team roles, assignment rules and reporting needs. This public guide outlines the preparation to discuss with AuraCube before activation.

Prepare the workspace

Identify the owner, managers and teammates who need access. Agree pipeline stages, lead sources and which roles can view, assign or export records. Arrange access with AuraCube before activation.

Review sample lead intake

Use synthetic records to review manual intake or CSV import, duplicate checks and lead stages. Keep source information consistent and record the next action against the lead.

Set assignment and follow-up expectations

Agree who reviews the unassigned queue, which decisions require approval and who handles overdue work. Review role permissions alongside the assignment settings.

Authorize supported connections

Your workspace owner authorizes customer-owned systems. Confirm supported connections and current availability with AuraCube; do not put credentials in a demo form. Live messaging is subject to connection and delivery permissions.

Use workspace help

Signed-in users can open Help in their workspace. For setup questions before access, use the support or contact page. This is a public preparation guide, not a full technical API reference.

Questions and answers
